想去新加坡工作，一般3个途径，一是驻中国公司外派，二是新加坡公司发工作准证，三是通过中介。个人认为中介介绍劳务比较多，高学历者要看猎头。
建议申请EPEC，可能性很大。EPEC申请第一步是电脑自动筛选，主要关注点是学校和专业。你有优势：211院校（受到认可），电子专业（理工类），硕士（高学历）。
首先申请【Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate (EPEC)】
然后通过【Entry Visa】入境新加坡
之后本人到新加坡移民厅（ICA），持EPEC申请【Long Term Visit Pass（LTVP）】

The EPEC application can be submitted online. Upon receipt of your application, an email acknowledgment will be sent to inform you of your EPEC application reference number.
EPEC可以在线申请。 当接收到你的申请后，会通过E-mail告知你的申请的Reference Number(编号)。
You will be notified of the application outcome via email. Alternatively, you may also check your application status online by providing us with your EPEC application reference number and passport number.
申请结果会通过E-mail通知，你也可以在网上通过Reference Number和Passport Number（护照号码）自行查询。
There is no processing fee for an EPEC.

You will be notified via email to upload the following documents as softcopy attachments if we require additional information to review your application:

• A certified true copy of your tertiary academic qualification, transcript or your professional qualifications;

• A recent passport size photo taken within the last three months.

For non-English degree certificates/transcripts/professional qualifications, you must submit a copy of the original, as well as the official English translation certified by the University/College, or the respective embassy.

【Processing Time】 申请周期
An application will be processed within seven working days from the date of receipt of the application. If additional supporting documents are required, you will be notified via email.
