其实国内MBA申请者普遍存在的误区是MBA要招收经验丰富，成就高的人士。这本来就是悖论，如果已经在自己的领域已经牛气升天所向披靡，那么MBA能带给这样申请人的价值如何体现呢？
有一点不可以否认，MBA一定是招收优秀的人，但是要加合适的前缀：MBA招收的是在商业与管理方面有潜力的优秀人才，而不一定是经验丰富的优秀人才。换言之，只要你在有限的经历中体现出超于同龄人的成长和职业成熟度与潜力，那么你就赢啦。甚至在失败的经历中说明白你的成长和优势，也是有可能脱颖而出的。
